Bringing you an epic line up of captivating light installations and an array of entertainment from live music to pop-up performances, all completely FREE! No need to secure a ticket, we're open to the public each night.
Stroll along the light-filled route from Huatoki Plaza and Puke Ariki Landing to the Coastal Walkway each night between 5pm - 10pm. It's the perfect opportunity to embrace winter nights, creating unforgettable memories with your friends and whānau.
Located in New Plymouth's CBD, the Winter Pop-Up can be accessed from various areas - Please refer to our festival map for the event layout.
Please note: There will be road closures on Ariki Street from Egmont Street to Currie Street from 4pm - 11pm every night of the Festival. Traffic is expected to be high so we recommend to car pool, Taxi/Uber or be dropped off for an easy experience.
Free parking is available in Centre City from 5:30pm - 10.30pm via St Aubyn Street. Check out parking options on our parking map.
Feeling hungry? Food trucks will be ready to serve up delicious bites on-site, plus being conveniently located in the heart of the CBD means you're just steps away from a range of restaurants and bars to suit everyone's taste.
